At Sprouts Learning Center, we are not only passionate about the children and families we care for, but we are also concerned about the satisfaction of our team members. In light of our previous experiences in the childcare industry, we understand the challenges of working in childcare. That is why we have made it a priority to consider our staff’s emotional and physical well-being in every aspect of our company.

Our center was designed with an open floor plan that allows our teachers to interact with one another daily. Our curriculum provides each caregiver and teacher with the resources they need to educate and care for their class. The Brightwheel app allows teachers to easily clock in and out, track their hours, and complete daily tasks such as the student’s daily care sheets. Teachers have all the information they need about their students at their fingertips. You will find that we are not your average center when it comes to how we interact and treat our team of teachers.
